I am an avid food lover. The best way to indulge in local delights is when you sit at the roadside stall with a local, talk to a local, and eat like a local.

蚝煎蛋
Pan fried till crispy with fresh oysters without being too oily, a vast difference compared to those we ate at local hawker centre where they cooked with heavy dose of oil.
